- All toys and books are provided on a rental basis and must be returned after the rental duration.
- If a toy or book is damaged, we may deduct an amount from the deposit.
- If you choose not to re-subscribe, you can contact us to request a refund of the remaining deposit balance.
- We only ship on fixed dates as mentioned during subscription to our service.
- If you do not reserve any product before the delivery date, we will send products randomly.
- The same toy or book cannot stay with you for more than 15 days; you will need to exchange it to allow inventory rotation among all customers.
- If a toy or book sustains major damage, rendering it unusable (based on our discretion), you will need to either refund the full amount of the toy/book or replace it with a new one of the same brand and variant.
